E incluy\u00f3 las historias del dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n de los m\u00e1s importantes nav\u00edos del mundo, entre los cuales el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Titanic<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Normandie<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Queen Mary<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Canberra,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y su contribuci\u00f3n tanto a la evoluci\u00f3n del transporte como a la imagen del mundo contempor\u00e1neo, convertidos en s\u00edmbolos de la modernidad del siglo XX.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde una perspectiva teatral, Casson Mann dise\u00f1\u00f3 unos ambientes de tipo inmersivo para el montaje de las piezas con recreaciones de camarotes y otros interiores de barcos como el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Queen Mary<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Normandie<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de un cuarto de m\u00e1quinas, o \u2014en el patio norte\u2014 de una cubierta desde la que contemplar el cielo estrellado durante una noche de traves\u00eda. Otros hitos expositivos para recrear la vida a bordo de estos majestuosos transatl\u00e1nticos fueron una piscina acr\u00edlica de 10 x 10 m, la secci\u00f3n de uno de estos nav\u00edos de 9 metros, una c\u00fapula de fibra de vidrio de 6 m de di\u00e1metro sobre el panelado de madera del <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SS France<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o el marco de acero que soportaba tres paneles de vidrio del <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SS United States<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De los recursos audiovisuales, presentes en todas las salas, formaban parte una composici\u00f3n de cuatro proyectores coordinados para evocar la \u201cgrande descente\u201d o monumental escalera que conduc\u00eda al comedor de primera clase en los transatl\u00e1nticos cl\u00e1sicos. Otro conjunto de proyectores coordinados cubr\u00edan una superficie muraria de 11 m en la que se proyectaban im\u00e1genes de c\u00f3mo fueron evolucionando formal y funcionalmente estos barcos, y su forma de navegaci\u00f3n.
